I
am Andrew Rondeau and was born and raised in a poor area of
London, one of five children all living in a small 3-bedroomed
house. We couldn't afford any luxuries or have
any holidays.
I
had 3 jobs whilst still at school, which earned me $100.00 a
week (based on today's rate), of which $20.00 went to my mum
for keep. After leaving school I went to college, dropping
out after 1 year, choosing career and money over education.

first full-time role, aged 19 earned me $15,000.00 (at today’s
rate with inflation), as a Pensions Clerk. I worked hard, but

that the Managers around me had. But I could see it was almost

with ease and just got things done - they made it look
easy, doing a normal 7 hour day. They were in total
control, worked fewer hours and always
delivered high quality work, made quick decisions,
had time for their staff and customers and

were admired, respected and charismatic, they
